September Meeting

The Missoula Parkinson’s Disease Support Group met at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 12 at the Ronald McDonald House, 3003 Fort Missoula Road. It was our first meeting since adjourning for the summer, and we will took time to catch up and reconnect. Three brief presentations were made. Jordan Whitley of the Northwest Parkinson’s Foundation spoke about the upcoming HOPE conference in Kalispell on September 14-15. Sara Pedone, a U of M grad student in physical therapy and public health spoke about Tango classes. Becka Bell spoke about the Rock Steady Boxing program, coming to Missoula this month.
