Living Life Well - Chronic Disease Self Management Program

This workshop focuses on education for people with a chronic condition and their caregivers. The material covered in this workshop will empower participants to take an active role in managing their health. The workshop will meet weekly at the Lifelong Learning Center in Missoula from Sep 20 through Oct 25.
